We're pleased to introduce to you two flavours in
our charcuterie range! Both inspired by classic tastes
from italy! Pepperoni - a classic flavour with a hot and
spicy tang & Finochinio - a distinctive fennel & garlic
infused flavour!
Both available right now in our 50g packs.
Ideal as a starter plate for a dinner party or as a Tapas
plate amongst friends. Add some fresh Sourdough,
some juicy olives, a fine cheese and a splendid bottle
of wine and you are all set for a glorious culinary treat
with Porcus salumi at its centre!

MEAL IN A JAR |
Porcus is real food, made by real people with real provenance. We farm the pork ourselves, making sure that the highest welfare standards are afforded to all of our pigs. We slow grow them, free range on our own pasture and allow them to do all the things pigs love to do in the beautiful outdoors of the Pennines. In return we get amazing tasting meat complemented with only the finest, freshest ingredients from which we produce fantastic, hand made Artisan Sausages.


All our pigs are grown in fields and free-to-roam in the fresh air – just as pigs should!
Living in the fresh Yorkshire air is great for the pigs – but it brings challenges for us as farmers that the intensive units don’t have. That said – The end result makes those challenges truly worth it!
We produce a range of charcuterie, Artisan sausages and a range of ready made meals with a difference.
We are passionate about what we do and believe that we can make a difference by doing it!
Porcus isn’t just a farm – it’s an ethos and a way of life for all involved.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY 10 am – 4 pm
On every small farm in the UK we are now entering the ‘Doom Months’ – January, February & March keep us on our toes, good and proper! The weather is a battle; the animals need more food and extra straw to sleep cosy and warm. The (wo)man hours required for all this is immense. This doubles and triples costs and where food comes from is the last thing on people’s minds – this means fewer of our real farms make it each year!
HOW YOU CAN HELP A SMALL FARM SURVIVE?
Christmas has been and gone for another year – and we hope you all feasted well and shared quality time with friends and loved ones. We had a great Christmas, on the farm, and were extremely grateful for all the orders and support from our customers, friends and family.

During these winter months, we need you more than ever to keep placing orders so we can keep the ‘cogs’ turning. You are always welcome to come up to the farm to collect , but if you could give us a heads up on what you fancy it will allow us a bit more time to process your order.
We can then make just what you ask for, minimising food waste, keeping our costs down and making sure you get exactly the Porcus Goodies what you want!
Please be safe – if we get bad weather our farm may be cut off – so please call us before you travel, and we’ll give you an update – your safety is our priority!
