All our sausages are Artisan – that simply means everything is made by hand with the added attention to detail that you would expect from a high quality product. Our Master Butcher makes sure that the meat is the finest cuts and all the surplus removed and discarded. We use a small amount of pinhead rusk in our recipe which is procured from North Yorkshire ( All our herbs are fresh and ingredients local where possible – but always of the highest quality.
