All our sausages are Artisan – that simply means everything is made by hand with the added attention to detail that you would expect from a high quality product. Our Master Butcher makes sure that the meat is the finest cuts and all the surplus removed and discarded. We use a small amount of pinhead rusk in our recipe which is procured from North Yorkshire (www.rsf.co.uk). All our herbs are fresh and ingredients local where possible – but always of the highest quality.

We have held off for as long as possible but we have had to increase our prices. With all of the world events our costs have risen and we have to pass some of these on to ensure we can continue to care for our animals and land.
Our prices will continue to be reviewed and we will continue to offer the best possible value for high quality produce. Remember our products are fresh and can be frozen if required.
