Bacon is one of life’s sneaky pleasures and when you wake the the breakfast of champions – it should only be the very finest. All our Bacon is traditionally dry cured. This means we take the water out not put it back in – so you get exactly what you put in the pan.

During the winter months, the weather takes a toll on life on the farm.
As a result the shop will be closed 23rd / 24th and 30th / 31st January so we can attend to maintenance.
