This fabulous piece of pork is a brilliant alternative to the more Christmas route of Goose or Turkey. It originates from central Italy, though all areas seem to have their versions, the Porcus version is filled with fresh herbs and a good helping of our classic Simply Pork sausage meat. The joint is hand-rolled and scored by our master butcher, Ian, and ready for roasting.
(We estimate, depending on appetite, a 2.5KG joint will feed 4 people with an extra bit for cold cuts)

If you wish, we can pack it in a sous vide bag for you to slow-cook overnight. Then, all that is needed is to crackle the joint on the day!
