This fabulous piece of pork is a brilliant alternative to the more Christmas route of Goose or Turkey. It originates from central Italy, though all areas seem to have their versions, the Porcus version is filled with fresh herbs and a good helping of our classic Simply Pork sausage meat. The joint is hand-rolled and scored by our master butcher, Ian, and ready for roasting.
