At present this is limited to special orders and face to face events only – if you would like to order please email and we can either fetch some to a nearby event or have some available at a farm open day. A minimum order will apply for online orders but all our sausages can be frozen so you can fill up the freezer!
Guild of Fine Foods Gold Star winner. The Pork, Pancetta & Parmigiano is a wonderful mixture of pork and cheese. Lush in flavour with a touch of fresh sage there is little to compare to the full rounded flavour of this recipe. These 400g packs are excellent value at £12.50/ kg.
