Our Lomo is a delicate affair yet bursting with flavour.
Using only the best loin pork from our own herd of pedigree British rarebreed pigs which have been genuinely free ranging and outdoor reared on our farm in the Pennies.
This wonderful salumi is an amazing addition to any charcuterie platter, yet equally as a fantastic addition to delicate ingredients such as fresh spring asparagus or summer green beans.
