Pancetta

Our Pancetta, whilst guided by the Italian ways & ingredients, is made to our own recipe and methods.

We use the finest cuts of the belly pork from our own herd of pedigree British rarebreed pigs which have been genuinely free ranging and outdoor reared on our farm in the Pennies.

Our amazing pork is then infused with our blend of herbs and spices to produce a taste that is spectacular to the palette whilst the texture is soft and creamy. A wonderful addition to any food lovers arsenal of flavour.
