All our sausages are Artisan – that simply means everything is made by hand with the added attention to detail that you would expect from a high quality product. Our Master Butcher makes sure that the meat is the finest cuts and all the surplus removed and discarded. We use a small amount of pinhead rusk in our recipe which is procured from North Yorkshire (www.rsf.co.uk). All our herbs are fresh and ingredients local where possible – but always of the highest quality.

During the winter months, the weather takes a toll on life on the farm.
As a result the shop will be closed 23rd / 24th and 30th / 31st January so we can attend to maintenance.
