The Classic Spanish salami. Our pork cured with our own recipe of smoked paprika, garlic and red wine. Ours has a nice warmth but isn’t too spicy. It goes well with most cheeses , fantastic on a bruschetta or an amazing pizza topping… Or even just by itself with a glass of red wine!
